Who we are and when these Terms apply
ZERAVO is the service name used for this browser arcade. Your contract is with ZERAVO, whose business address is The operator address shown at checkout and on the payment receipt. By creating an account, starting a game session, buying Coins, using XP, entering a leaderboard or otherwise using ZERAVO, you agree to these Terms and the documents linked from them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility and age
ZERAVO is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract where you live. By using the service, you confirm that you meet those requirements.
You may not use ZERAVO where access to this type of digital entertainment service is prohibited by local law. You are responsible for checking the rules that apply to you.
Accounts and Google sign-in
Accounts are created through supported sign-in providers, currently including Google. We use the account information returned by the provider to identify your account and keep your balances, game history and purchases associated with the correct user.
- Keep control of your Google account and any device used to access ZERAVO.
- Do not sell, share, rent or transfer your ZERAVO account.
- Tell us promptly if you believe somebody accessed your account without permission.
- Provide accurate information when contacting support or requesting a refund.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless mandatory law provides otherwise or the activity resulted from a security failure for which we are responsible.
Coins
Coins are digital gameplay credits used to start ZERAVO game sessions. Coins are not money, electronic money, cryptocurrency, a deposit, a financial instrument or property held on your behalf.
- Coins cannot be withdrawn, transferred between users, sold, exchanged or redeemed for cash, cryptocurrency, gift cards or physical products.
- Buying Coins does not buy a score, XP, a leaderboard position or a guaranteed result.
- Purchased Coins remain available while your account is active, except where a refund, chargeback, fraud reversal, account correction or legal requirement requires an adjustment.
- Promotional Coins may be subject to separate limits or expiry dates, but any such condition will be disclosed before the promotion is accepted.
- Coin balances shown in the interface are account records maintained by ZERAVO. The transaction ledger is the controlling record if a display error occurs.
The Coin cost of a game mode is shown before you start the session. Once a session is created, the displayed cost is deducted atomically from your balance. Technical-failure reversals are handled under the Refund Policy.
XP and digital items
XP is earned through validated gameplay performance. XP cannot be purchased directly. XP and XP Market items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred, sold or redeemed outside ZERAVO.
We may add, remove, rebalance or redesign XP rules and digital items to maintain the platform economy. Changes will not retroactively reduce an XP amount already posted to your ledger unless the amount resulted from fraud, exploitation, duplicate processing or an obvious technical error.
Games, scoring and validation
ZERAVO games are designed around timing, accuracy, memory, reaction, decision-making or similar player skill. Game clients submit event data to the server. The server may replay, inspect or reject a run before awarding XP or recording a leaderboard result.
The score shown during a run is provisional. The validated server result controls XP awards, personal-best records and leaderboard placement. We may invalidate or remove results affected by automation, tampering, impossible event sequences, altered clients, network manipulation, account sharing or software defects.
Visual variation, target order or seeded game content may differ between sessions, but ZERAVO does not offer cash prizes, wagering, betting, jackpots or cash-out.
Purchases, prices and taxes
Prices, package sizes and stated bonus amounts are shown before purchase. The checkout page identifies the currency and total amount charged. Taxes may be included or added as required by the checkout location and applicable law.
Payments may be processed by Stripe and its financial partners. ZERAVO normally receives payment status, order identifiers, limited billing details and fraud signals; it does not need to receive your full card number.
A purchase is complete only after the payment provider confirms payment and ZERAVO records the Coin grant. If payment is authorized but Coins are not delivered, contact [email protected] with the account email and payment reference.
Refunds, withdrawal and chargebacks
Refund eligibility is explained in the Refund Policy. Where required, checkout asks you to request immediate delivery of digital Coins and acknowledge how immediate supply may affect a statutory withdrawal right.
Do not file a chargeback for a problem that can reasonably be corrected through support without first contacting us. This does not prevent you from exercising lawful rights with your bank or payment provider. If a payment is reversed, disputed or refunded, we may remove the corresponding unused Coins. If those Coins have already been used, the account may temporarily show a negative adjustment or be restricted while the matter is investigated.
Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- use bots, macros, scripts, automation or unauthorized assistance;
- modify clients, intercept or forge requests, manipulate event traces, bypass limits or exploit bugs;
- create or use multiple accounts to abuse signup Coins, promotions, refunds or leaderboards;
- attempt to buy, sell or transfer accounts, Coins, XP or digital items;
- harass users or staff, impersonate another person, submit false claims or misuse support;
- attack, scrape, overload, probe or interfere with the service or its security controls;
- use stolen payment methods or engage in fraud, money laundering or unlawful activity.
Consequences may include rejected runs, removed scores, reversed XP or Coin grants, loss of promotional benefits, temporary restriction, permanent account closure, payment dispute evidence, preservation of records and referral to relevant authorities where required.
Availability, updates and changes
We aim to keep ZERAVO available, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Maintenance, hosting failures, security incidents, payment-provider outages, browser changes and force-majeure events may interrupt access.
We may update games, run costs, XP formulas, package contents, features and technical requirements. Material changes that adversely affect an existing paid entitlement will be handled in accordance with applicable law. We may retire a game or digital item, but will take reasonable steps to avoid removing paid access without a lawful remedy.
Intellectual property
ZERAVO, its software, game mechanics as expressed in code, artwork, characters, music, interfaces, logos, text and digital items are owned by or licensed to the operator. You receive a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the service for private entertainment under these Terms.
You may not copy, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer or commercially exploit ZERAVO content except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Suspension and closure
You may stop using ZERAVO at any time and may request account deletion subject to retention obligations described in the Privacy Policy.
We may restrict or close an account where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate fraud, enforce these Terms, comply with law, respond to a payment reversal or address a security threat. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact support. Immediate action may be taken where delay would create material risk.
Disclaimers and liability
ZERAVO is provided with reasonable care and skill. We do not promise that every browser, device or connection will perform identically, or that every feature will always be available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss, loss caused by your device, connection, account compromise, third-party service or prohibited conduct. We do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.
Nothing on ZERAVO is financial, investment or gambling advice. Coins and XP have no cash value.
Law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the law applicable to the operator identified at checkout, without removing mandatory protections available to consumers in their country of residence. Courts and dispute-resolution bodies will have jurisdiction as provided by applicable law.
Before starting formal proceedings, contact [email protected] so we can try to resolve the issue. Consumers may also use any competent consumer-protection or alternative-dispute-resolution body available under local law.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms for legal, security, product or operational reasons. The updated date appears at the top. If a change materially affects existing users, we will provide reasonable notice through the service or account email where required.
