Skill-based games only
ZERAVO games are designed around player actions such as timing, accuracy, reaction, memory and decision-making. Coins pay for access to game sessions. They are not wagers. ZERAVO does not offer betting, cash prizes, jackpots, cryptocurrency payouts, gift-card redemption or cash-out.
XP and digital items exist only inside ZERAVO and have no real-world monetary value.
Equal scoring rules
All users playing the same game version and run mode are evaluated under the same server-side scoring and validation rules. Buying Coins or Premium access does not increase score, change hit windows, improve XP multipliers or alter leaderboard treatment.
Different run modes may have different duration, difficulty, Coin cost and XP ranges, but those differences are disclosed before the run begins.
Server validation
The game client records the event trace needed to verify a run. Depending on the game, this may include target identifiers, action times, lane choices, session version, seeded content and client summary values.
The server may reject or adjust a result if:
- actions occur before a target exists or outside a possible timing window;
- the event sequence cannot be reproduced under the active game rules;
- the client score does not match the server calculation;
- the session token, game version or configuration does not match;
- the same session is submitted more than once in an inconsistent way;
- automation, modification, replay editing or network manipulation is detected.
Prohibited tools and behaviour
- bots, macros, auto-clickers, scripts or hardware automation;
- modified game clients, injected code, altered requests or forged event traces;
- exploiting defects after becoming aware that the behaviour is unintended;
- account sharing, account selling or playing on behalf of another user;
- multiple accounts used to abuse signup Coins, promotions, rankings or refunds;
- attempts to interfere with rate limits, session signing, payment validation or administrative controls;
- harassment, impersonation, false reports or abuse of support channels.
Consequences
We respond proportionately to the available evidence. Depending on severity, history and risk, consequences may include:
- rejecting a run or withholding XP;
- removing a leaderboard score or personal-best record;
- reversing XP, Coins or digital items obtained through exploitation or duplicate processing;
- temporarily restricting gameplay, purchases, leaderboards or support access;
- permanently closing an account for serious or repeated abuse;
- preserving evidence and reporting suspected fraud or unlawful activity where required.
A purchase does not prevent enforcement. Unused purchased Coins remain subject to the Terms and Refund Policy if an account is restricted or closed.
Technical failures and legitimate players
A crash, failed asset load, server outage or validator defect is not treated as cheating by itself. Where a paid run fails for a verified technical reason, the Coin debit may be automatically reversed or manually corrected.
If a legitimate run is rejected, contact [email protected] with the account email, approximate time, game name and session identifier. Do not submit edited logs or fabricated evidence.
Leaderboards
Leaderboards may show display names, scores, game versions, run modes and dates. We may remove stale, invalid, duplicate, offensive or suspicious entries. Leaderboard placement has no cash or material prize value unless a separate written promotion explicitly states otherwise and is legally approved.
Reporting a vulnerability
Do not publicly exploit or disclose a vulnerability before giving us a reasonable opportunity to investigate. Send a clear technical report to [email protected] with the subject “Security Report”. Avoid accessing other users’ data, disrupting service or retaining information that is not needed to demonstrate the issue.
Appeals
If your score or account is restricted, you may request a review by emailing support. Explain what happened and provide relevant identifiers. We may uphold, reduce or reverse an action after reviewing the available records.
Repeated appeals containing threats, harassment, false information or duplicate submissions may be closed without further response.
